What is Japonesque’s wholesale Return Policy?
 
  • All wholesale returns require a Return Authorization form and can be requested by contacting Customerservice@Japonesque.com.

  • Retailers are encouraged to assist their customers initially with any return issues according to their own store policies. We will immediately send you a replacement or issue a credit for products given as replacements.

  • If the consumer return time frame falls outside of your store policy we will honor and exchange within 90 days with a proof of purchase by the consumer from the retailer.

  • All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee unless the products are defective or damaged.

  • Products returned must be in original packaging without stickers or labels placed by customer.

  • Credit will not be given for items that are discontinued.
