These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Sabrina Carpenter: The Short n’ Sweet Tour Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) organized by Japonesque (the “Organizer”).

 
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and consent to receive email & sms communications from the Sponsor. 

  • No purchase necessary. Open to U.S. residents 18+ only. One prize will be awarded. 

    • By entering, participants confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Winners may be required to provide proof of age before receiving the prize. 

  • Prize includes: 

    • Two (2) seats to Sabrina Carpenter: The Short n' Sweet Tour on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 at Madison Square Garden, New York, NY. 

    • $1,500 Visa Gift Card (for the winner’s use; travel and accommodation not included). 

    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. 

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. 

  • Contest Timeline: 

    • Contest closes at 11AM PT on October 10th, 2025. 

    • Winner will be notified via DM from Japonesque on October 10th, 2025. 

    • Winner will be required to provide the Organizer with the email used to enter the Giveaway. 

    • Winner must respond within 2 business days, or an alternate winner will be selected. 

  • Eligibility: Employees of Japonesque, immediate family members, or anyone living in the same household as an employee are not eligible to enter. 

  • Contest endorsement: This contest is not endorsed by Sabrina Carpenter or any associated record labels. 

  • Event and safety notice: Events may be subject to change. Venues and event organizers may have safety requirements, which winners must accept and comply with. Japonesque is not liable for denied entry, cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling. Ticket holders assume all risks before, during, and after the event. Please check with the venue or ticket provider prior to attending. 

  • Entry disqualification: Entries may be refused or rejected if: 

    • Entered in an unauthorized manner 

    • Entry contains false, misleading, late, falsified, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or irregular information 

    • Entry is submitted using robotic, automated, programmed, or illicit means 

    • Entry does not comply with these rules 

  • Japonesque reserves the right to refuse any entry at its discretion for any reason. 

  • Tickets are not available for resale under any circumstances. 

  • Limitation of Liability: 
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Organizer, its agents, distributors, or their employees.
